What is your current production and shipping time for your sheepskin rugs?

The current production time for 4-Pelt+ rugs is 5 business days, although most smaller sized rugs will ship within 1 business day. Specialty rugs and large 12+ pelt rugs will take up to 14 days. If this changes we will immediately update this page.

What is the country of origin of your sheepskin?

The country of origin is China. Our tanner in China imports Australian Merino Sheep, the tanning process results in a country of origin change. All sheepskin from Sheepskin Express should be labeled with a country of origin sticker, if yours is not, please let us know.

Are your website colors accurate?

Yes, our website colors are very accurate. However, if you have an older monitor or are using out dated browser software, then variations may occur.

How do you wash sheepskin rugs?

We recommend using baby shampoo instead of detergent. Also, it is best to hand and let them air dry. If you have many pets that are not well house trained or are prone to get sick, you may not be interested in our rugs.

May I return my sheepskin rug?

Yes, you may return an unused rug or pillow for up to 30 days if you are not satisfied for any reason.

Is there anything else I should know?

Yes! Our rugs are absolutely beautiful, it is hard to appreciate them until you see them for yourself. Until you have had the chance to feel them or walk on them (barefoot or with socks) you will not understand their true luxury. Your feet will sink into pure comfort.
